The Labyrinth (Lab) by The Pleasure Emporium (TPE/us), the customer (you) hereby agree to all of our policies or be subject to being prohibited from future entry to our facility. 

By purchasing a membership, paying the entry fee, and signing this agreement, you agree to the following policies:

  • A daily membership must be purchased
  • You have a government issued, valid identification
  • ID is held at the check in counter
  • Must return lock and key to receive ID 
  • You have 6 hours from the date and time listed on this receipt
  • Each re-entry is $5.00, for a maximum of 4 during allotted time
  • The re-entry fee is $5.00 (no free re-entries)
  • Lab admission purchased past 5:00 PM expire at daily closing time
  • Cell phones, bags and valuables shall be placed in a locker
  • Absolutely no video, audio recording, or photography equipment in the Lab
  • *mobile device is restricted to the locker room area
  • All bags are subject to inspection for prohibited items
  • The following are not permitted
    • solicitation or prostitution
    • the sale or use of drugs 
    • outside food or drinks, including alcoholic beverages
    • smoking, vaping, or tobacco products
    • silicone or hybrid lubricants
    • video or audio recording, including still photography
  • Keep our facility clean, use our clean-up supplies provided, and the restroom
  • Shower facilities are not available for use
  • Damage to any of TPE property may result criminal prosecution
  • No refunds, credits in part or in whole for membership fee or Lab admission charge
  • Failure to adhere to policies may result in forfeiture of your membership, entry fee, and result in a permanent ban from the facility
  • Ticket purchase valid for 6 hours (opening till 5:00 PM)
  • Tickets purchased after 5:00 PM are valid till the store closing time (11:00 PM Tue-Sat, 9:00 PM on Sun, *subject to change without notice)
  • You must have a valid receipt for each re-entry to the theatre
  • Ask the cashier after purchase if you do not receive one
  • Your receipt will be stamped upon each re-entry
  • Sorry, no refunds on membership and/or entry fees purchased

Valid Forms of Identification (must be current)

  • Driver’s license
  • Non-driver government ID card
  • Passport
  • School or work ID card

Additional Information of ID and Passport Scanning

  • IDs and Passports are scanned using a verification app
  • The app’s purpose is exclusively for age verification
  • You name is logged with your age (not date of birth)
  • All data is retained in accordance with industry standards, data encryption, and for a minimum of 7-days, but up to a duration of 30 days
  • Employee’s have access to check-in time to ensure compliance with established time limits
